Withdrawals
Getting paid: verification, the $10 floor, the five-day promise and the methods.

In short
Three things stand between a balance and money on your phone: verifying once, reaching the minimum, and choosing where it goes.
Verify once
A photo of an identity document and a selfie. This is required by the rules that allow payouts at all, and it is a one-time step rather than something repeated per withdrawal.
It gates withdrawals only. You can play, earn and enter draws before verifying anything. If you are never going to withdraw, you never have to.
The $10 minimum
Withdrawals start at $10. The floor exists because payment providers charge a flat fee per transfer — below roughly that amount the fee consumes the payout, and sending someone 40 cents costs more than it delivers.
Where the money goes, and when
Mobile money — M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money and others depending on your country — or TON or USDT if you would rather have crypto.
Approved withdrawals are paid within five days. Mobile money usually arrives faster; five days is the commitment, not the target.
Cash payouts run in eleven African markets. Elsewhere you can still play and withdraw in TON or USDT.
Nobody will ever ask you to pay to be paid
No message from Lottra will ever ask for a fee to release a prize, for your Telegram login code, or for your mobile money PIN. Any message that does is a scam regardless of who it appears to be from, and you should report it.
The rest of how it works
- Sweep Stars — The in-app currency: how you earn it, and what it is actually for.
- Prize draws — How a draw runs, what the minimum player count is for, and when you get refunded.
- Identity verification — What KYC is for, what we ask for, and what it does not block.
- Referrals — Inviting people, what counts, and what deliberately does not.
- Responsible play — The limits built into the app, and how to tell when it has stopped being fun.
