1. Sponsor
These Official Rules govern sweepstakes draws operated by Lottra ("Sponsor") on the Lottra Telegram Mini App. By entering a draw you accept these rules and the Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of countries where Lottra operates who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
- Void in: United States, Brazil, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, China, Sudan, Venezuela, and anywhere else sweepstakes promotions are restricted by law. Individual draws may add further geographic restrictions, listed on the draw page.
- Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.
- One account per person. Use of multiple accounts, bots, scripts, or proxies will result in disqualification and account termination.
3. Entry period
Each draw has a clearly displayed entry period (start time and close time, in the local timezone of the user). Entries received after the close time will not be eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the entry period in good faith and to announce changes in-app.
4. How to enter
(a) Bronze draws — Sweep Stars (free-path lane)
Each Bronze draw lists an entry cost in Sweep Stars (⭐). Tap Enter on the draw card and confirm. The cost will be deducted from your Sweep Stars balance and a corresponding number of entries will be added to the draw on your behalf.
Sweep Stars can be earned for free via tapping (1 tap = 1 ⭐), daily login bonuses, quests, watching rewarded ads, and referrals. They may also be acquired by purchasing an in-app Sweep Stars pack (with Telegram Stars, TON, USDT, or mobile money), but no purchase is required to enter Bronze draws.
(b) Tier draws — Premium Tickets
Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond draws are accessed using 🎟️ Premium Tickets of the matching tier. Premium Tickets are digital collectible items included as a bonus when you purchase a tier-matched Sweep Stars pack (Silver Pack, Gold Pack, etc.). Each Ticket can be consumed once to enter the matching tier draw. Tier draws do not offer a free-entry method; the always-free path through the app is the Bronze lane described above.
Premium Tickets are tier-locked (a Silver Ticket only enters Silver draws — no cross-tier conversion) and expire 180 days after issuance.
(c) Free Entry — Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) for Bronze
In addition to in-app earning methods, you may obtain free Sweep Stars by mail-in / written request as described on the AMOE page. Free-earned Sweep Stars have the same chance of winning a Bronze draw as pack-acquired Sweep Stars — there is no advantage per-entry to spending money on a Bronze draw.
5. Prizes
- Prize details (cash amount or item, retail value, quantity available, and any geographic restrictions) are displayed on each draw page before entry.
- Cash prizes are paid in your local currency via mobile money or another supported rail; the amount displayed is approximate due to FX, and Sponsor will pay no less than the displayed USD-equivalent.
- Physical prizes (where offered) are shipped to the address provided during winner verification. Shipping is included to the winner's registered country only.
- Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution will be provided unless required by law.
- All taxes and fees relating to receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner selection — provably fair
Winners are selected by a cryptographically-verifiable commit-reveal random number generator ("Provably-Fair RNG"):
- Before entries close, Sponsor publishes the SHA-256 hash of a randomly-generated server seed (the "commitment") on the draw page.
- Once entries close and external entropy (e.g., a future Bitcoin block hash, where used) is finalized, Sponsor computes
winningIndex = HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, externalSeed) mod totalEntries. - The server seed is then revealed on the draw page so any user can verify
SHA-256(serverSeed)matches the original commitment, and recompute the winning index.
Where Sponsor selects winners by other means (e.g., a manually-conducted random draw certified by an independent witness), the method will be disclosed on the draw page before entries close.
7. Notification of winners
- Winners are notified via Telegram bot message and in-app notification within 48 hours of the draw.
- Winners must complete identity verification (KYC) and confirm their payout method within 14 calendar days of notification, unless the rules of the specific draw provide otherwise.
- If a winner fails to claim within the deadline, fails KYC, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and re-drawn from remaining eligible entries.
8. Odds of winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each entry (whether obtained via Sweep Stars or AMOE) has an equal probability of being selected.
9. Disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify any entry or entrant who:
- Uses bots, scripts, automation, or any unauthorized means to enter or earn Sweep Stars.
- Operates multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent per-user limits.
- Misrepresents their identity, country of residence, or age.
- Engages in any conduct that, in Sponsor's reasonable judgment, undermines the integrity of the draw.
Disqualified entrants forfeit any prize and may have their account permanently terminated.
10. Privacy
Personal data submitted in connection with a draw is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree (except where prohibited by law) to Sponsor's use of their first name, country, and Telegram username (where displayed publicly) for purposes of announcing the winner, with no additional compensation. Winners may opt out by contacting info@lottra.app.
12. Limitation of liability
By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability whatsoever for claims, costs, damages, or expenses arising out of participation in the draw or the receipt or use of any prize, except where caused by Sponsor's gross negligence or willful misconduct, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Force majeure / cancellation
If a draw cannot be completed as planned due to fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause that materially affects the administration, security, or fairness of the draw, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the draw. In such case, eligible entries will be refunded their entry cost in Sweep Stars (or, for AMOE entries, an equivalent free entry).
14. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sponsor is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where required by local law, consumer claims may be brought in the entrant's country of residence.
15. Winner list
A list of recent winners is published on the in-app Recent Winners screen and via Telegram channel announcements. Past results, including provably-fair seeds, are retained for at least 90 days for verification purposes.
