Responsible play
The limits built into the app, and how to tell when it has stopped being fun.

In short
Lottra is free and 18+. It should be a small part of a day, and the app is built with limits that make that the default rather than something you have to impose.
The limits already in place
Energy caps how much tapping can earn in a day. Several games cap how many rounds you can play. Stakes have ceilings. None of these are things you have to turn on.
Scheduled games — the twice-daily draw, the weekly country contest — cannot be chased at all. You enter and leave.
Honest expectations
Prize money comes from advertising revenue, and advertising revenue per person per day is small. Lottra can pay real prizes; it cannot replace an income, and nothing in this category can.
Any app, channel or person promising otherwise is describing something that does not exist. Treat that promise itself as the warning sign.
When to stop
If you are opening it compulsively, if losing a round makes you angry rather than disappointed, or if you are spending money on it that is needed elsewhere — stop. The account and the balance will still be there tomorrow.
If you would like your account closed, email info@lottra.app and we will close it.
The rest of how it works
- Sweep Stars — The in-app currency: how you earn it, and what it is actually for.
- Prize draws — How a draw runs, what the minimum player count is for, and when you get refunded.
- Withdrawals — Getting paid: verification, the $10 floor, the five-day promise and the methods.
- Identity verification — What KYC is for, what we ask for, and what it does not block.
- Referrals — Inviting people, what counts, and what deliberately does not.
