1. Who we are
Lottra ("Lottra", "we", "us") is a free-to-play promotional sweepstakes platform delivered as a Telegram Mini App. By accessing or using Lottra you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use Lottra.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older).
- You must be a legal resident of a country where Lottra operates. Lottra is currently not available to residents of: United States, Brazil, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, China, Sudan, Venezuela, and any other jurisdiction where sweepstakes promotions are prohibited.
- Employees of Lottra and their immediate families are not eligible to win prizes.
- You must have a valid Telegram account in good standing.
3. In-app currency, items, and Bronze draws
Sweep Stars (⭐)
Sweep Stars are an in-app currency used inside Lottra. You earn them through gameplay (tapping, daily login, quests, watching ads, referrals, milestones), or you may accelerate that earning by purchasing a Sweep Stars pack with Telegram Stars, TON, USDT, or mobile money. Sweep Stars are used to enter our free-path Bronze sweepstakes draws and, subject to the official rules and KYC, may be redeemed for cash prizes via the in-app payout flow at the published rate.
Premium Tickets (🎟️) — digital collectibles
Premium Tickets are digital collectible items granted as a bonus when you purchase certain Sweep Stars packs (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Tickets are not sold as raffle entries. They are digital items in your in-app inventory whose utility includes unlocking access to the matching tier draw. Each ticket may be consumed once for that purpose. Tickets are tier-locked (e.g., a Silver Ticket can only be used for Silver-tier draws — no conversion or downgrade between tiers) and expire 180 days after issuance if unused. Tickets carry no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold between users.
Gold Coins (GC) — legacy, deprecated
Earlier versions of Lottra used a secondary token called Gold Coins. Gold Coins are no longer minted or rewarded and have been zeroed from all accounts as of v15. The column is retained only for historical transaction records.
4. Your account
- You agree to provide accurate information when prompted (e.g., during identity verification).
- You may have only one account. Multiple accounts, shared devices used to circumvent limits, or accounts created to game referral bonuses will be terminated and balances forfeited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account, which is used to authenticate to Lottra.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraudulent activity.
5. Identity verification (KYC)
To request a payout of cash prizes, you must complete identity verification. We collect your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, government-issued ID details, and (where applicable) mobile money information. We use this data solely to comply with applicable anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, and sweepstakes laws.
We may decline verification at our sole discretion. If verification is declined, any cash-value Sweep Stars remain in your account but cannot be paid out until verification succeeds.
6. Prizes and payouts
- Cash prizes are paid via mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, etc.) or other supported rails depending on your country.
- Minimum payout, payout fees, and processing times are shown in-app at the time of withdrawal.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on prizes won. Where required by law, we will withhold and report.
- Prizes are awarded subject to the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
- If a draw is voided due to fraud, technical error, or force majeure, entries will be refunded to participating users.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated means to play, tap, claim rewards, or enter draws.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior to gain an advantage.
- Create multiple accounts or use another person's identity.
- Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your country of residence.
- Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity using Lottra.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the service.
- Sell, trade, or transfer Sweep Stars, Gold Coins, accounts, or prize entitlements outside the official in-app flow.
Violations may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and disqualification from current and future draws. In serious cases we will cooperate with law enforcement.
8. Provably-fair draws
Sweepstakes winners are selected by a cryptographically-verifiable commit-reveal random number generator. Each draw publishes a hashed seed commitment before entries close, and the corresponding seed is published upon draw — allowing any user to independently verify the result.
9. Intellectual property
Lottra, the Lottra logo, the in-app artwork, and all related marks are the property of Lottra or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written consent. Game mechanics, code, and content are protected by copyright and trademark law.
10. Disclaimers
Lottra is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Telegram is a third-party service; we are not responsible for outages, bugs, or changes in the Telegram platform that affect Lottra.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lottra disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, security, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from viruses or harmful code.
The Service integrates and depends on numerous third-party technologies, platforms, services, and infrastructure providers, including but not limited to: the Telegram messaging platform, Telegram Stars, the TON blockchain, USDT and the Ethereum network, third-party mobile-money operators (including but not limited to M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Orange Money, Moov Money, Vodafone Cash, and others), payment on-ramp providers, advertising networks (including but not limited to AdsGram and Monetag), cloud infrastructure providers, identity- verification services, and other third-party APIs and services. Lottra does not own, operate, or control these third-party services. Lottra has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any outage, malfunction, delay, error, loss of funds, security breach, regulatory action, account suspension, change of terms, fee adjustment, exchange- rate fluctuation, blockchain reorganization, advertising-network policy change, or any other adverse event arising from, caused by, or otherwise affecting any third-party service, even where such event prevents you from accessing, using, withdrawing from, or otherwise benefiting from the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Lottra, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, or partners be liable to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, opportunity, business, reputation, or any other tangible or intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service, the conduct of other users, content obtained from the Service, any third-party services, or any other matter, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Lottra has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of liability set forth above, Lottra's maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the minimum amount permissible by such law, and no greater.
You acknowledge that you use the Service entirely at your own risk, and that you have read and understood the risks associated with sweepstakes, in-app currencies, blockchain transactions, mobile money transfers, and advertising-supported services.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and via Telegram bot message at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Lottra after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Operator rights and economic discretion
To keep Lottra fair, sustainable, and compliant, we reserve the following rights — all exercisable at our sole and reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice depending on the circumstance:
13.1 Economy and conversion adjustments
We may modify, at any time, the value, conversion rate, earn rate, redemption rate, expiry rules, or any other economic parameter of Sweep Stars, Premium Tickets, raffle entry costs, ad reward amounts, pack contents, withdrawal minimums, and any in-app currency or item. Sweep Stars and Premium Tickets are NOT money, deposits, or stored-value instruments — they are entertainment- only in-app units governed entirely by these Terms. Changes affecting accumulated balances will be announced in-app where practicable, but adjustments necessary to fix exploits, balance the economy, or comply with law may take effect immediately.
13.2 Raffle, draw, and prize discretion
We may modify, cancel, postpone, re-run, or void any raffle, draw, recurring schedule, prize amount, prize type, eligibility criterion, or winner selection at any time — including before, during, or after a draw — for reasons including but not limited to: insufficient entries, suspected fraud, technical error, regulatory change, force majeure, or economic infeasibility. Where a draw is cancelled, paid entries will be refunded in Sweep Stars (or equivalent Premium Tickets) per the cancellation rules in section 6.
13.3 Win cancellation and clawback
We may void, withhold, reverse, or claw back any win, prize, ticket grant, ad reward, referral bonus, or Sweep Star credit if we have reasonable suspicion of: bot use, automation, multi-accounting, account sharing, country misrepresentation (e.g. VPN usage), exploitation of bugs or unintended behavior, chargeback or payment fraud, identity fraud, ineligibility under section 2, or any other breach of these Terms. Suspicion does not require proof beyond reasonable doubt; we apply commercially reasonable standards consistent with a sweepstakes operator.
13.4 Payout holds and verification
Pending payouts may be held without interest while we verify eligibility, complete KYC, comply with sanctions screening, or investigate suspected violations. We may request additional documentation at any time before disbursing a prize and may refuse payout entirely where verification fails or where local law prohibits payment to the user's jurisdiction (see section 2).
13.5 Retroactive adjustments for exploits
If an exploit, bug, glitch, pricing error, or unintended game behavior allows users to acquire Sweep Stars, Premium Tickets, prizes, or other benefits beyond what was intended, we may retroactively adjust affected balances and entries, reverse affected transactions, and disqualify affected entries — even where the user did not knowingly exploit the issue. We will make reasonable effort to communicate corrections to affected users.
13.6 Service and feature changes
We may add, remove, modify, or discontinue any feature, game, raffle tier, payment method, payout method, country eligibility, partner integration, or other element of Lottra at any time. We may also impose new limits (per-user caps, per-transaction limits, daily/weekly thresholds) for fraud prevention, compliance, or sustainability. No promise of perpetual availability is made for any specific feature.
13.7 Account-level discretion
We may refuse service, restrict features, cap balances, require re-verification, decline withdrawals, or close accounts — at our reasonable discretion — where we believe doing so protects the integrity of the game, the safety of other users, the sustainability of the operation, or our compliance obligations.
13.8 Survival
The rights in this section 13 survive any termination, cancellation, or suspension of your account or these Terms and remain enforceable against unpaid pending balances and unredeemed prizes.
14. Termination
You may stop using Lottra at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms, for legal or regulatory reasons, or at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination, unredeemed Sweep Stars may be forfeited; verified cash payouts pending at the time of termination will be honored where lawful and where the user has completed all required verification.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lottra is registered. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Where required by local law, you may bring consumer claims in your country of residence.
