What Tap Wars is
Every tap you make during the week counts towards your country's total. On Monday the standings are settled and the leading countries share a prize pool between their players.
It costs nothing and requires no separate action — if you are tapping, you are already competing.
How to play
- Open Tap Wars to see the live country standings.
- Tap anywhere in the app — every tap counts for your country.
- Standings run Monday to Sunday.
- Prizes are distributed to players of the top countries at the start of the new week.

One person cannot carry a country
Tapping is rate-limited per player, so there is a hard ceiling on how much any individual can contribute in a week. A country with more active players will beat a country with one very determined one, every time.
That is the point of the game. It is the only thing on Lottra where the useful move is not playing more yourself but getting other people from your country to play at all.
Smaller countries are not hopeless: what matters is active players relative to the others competing, and the smaller markets on Lottra have won weeks that the largest ones did not.
Worth knowing before you play
Your country is set from your account, not your current location, and it decides which total your taps feed.
Every random result is sealed before you choose and published afterwards, so it can be checked rather than trusted — see provably fair.
